Now that the traditional birthday celebrations in the form of Ayushya Homam was celebrated on his Nakshatra (Star Birthday), it was time to cut the cake as per his English Birthday or as per Gregorian Calendar.
His first character love was Winnie the Pooh and so his Mama decided to invite him for his birthday. Getting cakes in Kuwait is really a piece of cake with multiple options and varieties. In India though it was still far behind in terms of the quality and presentation.

Since there was a gap between the star birthday and the English one most of the relatives went back and moreover it was a weekday and fell on Tuesday. Therefore, it was a muted celebration with the folks in the apartment, grand parents and Lakshmi and the kids.
If you really want to know the meaning of sweltering heat, come to Chennai in May. It really peaks at that time and boy…does it sweat….you really get drenched in sweat as if you have taken a bath. That’s how it was really and you don’t get to be in your loveliest and gorgeous looks during those times….I remember making filling up vessel full of Tang drink to quench everyone’s thirst and had to run up and down from Flat to the Terrace to ensure all arrangements are in place. Man, it’s a tiring job…when it is so hot and no air conditioning as in the Middle east…you get used to certain privileges and luxuries of life after some time….and you miss them sorely when you return back to your country.
As Pooh says…let’s make memories as people come and go in our life…we ourselves may not last beyond a lifetime….but good memories will last forever….they will remind of the good times we had together….
