Who does not love Chaats…..it’s yummy, tasty, crispy, spicy, tangy, delicious and just melts in your mouth…and you keep asking…”Yeh Dil Maange More”…Health benefits…what does that even mean really when it comes to Chaat, you go to these places only to satiate your gastronomical appetite. Everyone loves these dishes….they may not look beautiful or well crafted like a connoisseur dish, to the contrary mangled, crushed, smashed and strewn all around….but what matters is when you really gulp it, man…you are truly transported to another world. You have to taste, feel and relish, as it flows down slithering all the way from your tongue to your intestine. Every dish is unique and gives a different flavor, texture and is truly lip smacking. Even after it goes down your throat, you can savor the taste lingering on forever. It’s an amazing feeling.
Some of the famous places in Chennai are Shree Mithai (as in this case), Gangotri, Indiska Magic or Kakada Ramprasad….we have been to all of them and love all of their sumptuous concoctions.
Sister Brother Duo…my niece had come down to stay with us for a couple of days and so that’s another excuse for us to step out for shopping and eating out….I wish they could spend more time together growing up…..like how I did with my cousins…real bros…it just remains a wish….
