When it’s Hala Feb, it’s time to go out with family and friends. When the kids are around 3-4 years of age, you only have few choices to keep them engaged. Take them to some kind of play area, preferably indoors, as its quite cold even in Feb. So off we went to a mall that had all the games that will keep the kids engaged for an hour or two at least. After they burn their energy, it’s time to go for lunch at some nearby place, again limited choices, as we don’t try different cuisines. We went out with Balu’s family and the kids had a gala time. Mommies get some respite as it’s time for the Dad’s to do their bit…grrr…I can hear Vidya gritting her teeth and seething…you really believe that…at least with me…well…if it wasn’t for me you wouldn’t be seeing these pictures…
And the next outing was with Balu and Biju’s family at Mangaf. Both of them have daughters and they are close pals with Anirud. Kids again had a wonderful time together and after the fun time, we went to Saravana Bhavan in Fahaheel for Lunch. That’s how the typical weekend goes with some shopping when we don’t have house parties celebrating birthdays and anniversaries in our 4SA Group.
