Congratulations!!!…on your work anniversary

The top 10 Dilbert cartoons, according to creator Scott Adams | Financial Post

Wow, it seems like you are only XYZ years old in this company, yet the profound impact that you have made in the Organization across Business teams, Superiors, Peers and Sub-ordinates is quite profound. I know for a fact that you have awe and admiration from people who may not even work directly work with you, yet impacted by the knowledge, humility and dedication that’s imbibed within you. While others might say that you are supremely talented, I would say you have honed your skills and continue to do so year after year constantly upgrading yourself to be a better person in a holistic way. The reason is, you put in extraordinary efforts into whatever you do with such rigor and fervor it results in such incredible outcomes. You have that tenacity to bring the various stakeholders, however, they may be at crossroads into one unified path, for the betterment of the organizational goals.

You have so downplayed your accomplishments, however complex be it, others may not comprehend the industrial and single-minded approach for problem solving. Yet, if you ask the Business teams, they would be so elated to partner and work with you on another engagement. The perseverance and persistence to resolving issues that have far sighted solutions is indeed remarkable. This is only possible, when you have actually put your feet down to work through the clogs and learn the business, system and process assiduously and intricately. It’s this prodigious attitude that has truly kept you a winner and leader amongst equals. And finally, I always cherish when someone brings their own instincts, learnings and make changes to the status quo instead of following them. That’s the hallmark of a leader, who is willing to embrace change and wear it upon their sleeve with pride.

Wishes for many more remarkable years in this company realizing all the desired goals you have set for yourself…and creating new benchmarks…along the way…
