We celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary in Kuwait with our friends Balu and Kalpana. It was a Friday and weekend. We invited them for lunch and as usual Vidya made Vadai, Payasam and other stuff. Payasam, especially would be awesome since it is made out of thick full fat milk without the addition of any water. It is boiled for hours together in sim mode until it is thickened and yummy. Vadai is of course, delicious when you eat them straight out of stove, especially when it is accompanied by sambar. In case you are wondering why this guys is so fat…now you get a hint of that….I guess…more to come…
As you celebrate the passing of another year you realize how much you have grown to love each other. This was quite true for us as we would really spend some quality time once I moved to Kuwait. Life in India was quite hectic due to work and travel times. Life in Kuwait was more balanced. We both had all the time in the world for each other. It was a time for togetherness.
