My wife often tells me that I am gifted in this regard. Every time I close my eyes I get to embrace sleep effortlessly. It’s as if sleep and I are bedtime partners more than my wife. Even if I get up late in the morning, I get to sleep in the afternoon and also at night. Well this doeskin happen regularly these days as she has made it a ritual of making a big fuss about my sleep. I guess my partner heard her cribs and is making me try harder these days to arrive at the state of nirvana unless I am physically enervated. And if you quipped why not when you are mentally exhausted it actually makes it even worse to sleep peacefully. As you can see there are a lot of factors that work against me these days stopping me from getting a dreamy delightful state of trance. It is but a true gift if you can doze off whenever and wherever you want it. It simply means that your body, mind and soul are all in an ideal state of equilibrium. When you sleep you rest completely and there’s a cessation of activities leading to a sense of calmness in your body, mind and soul. Therefore it’s imperative one gets decent amount and quality of sleep to rest, recuperate and rejuvenate oneself. Without good sleep your whole body, mind and soul would become exhausted and can even become crazy at times leading to unforeseen and unwanted circumstances. Treat sleep with dignity and you will cherish how it will refresh your life for a better tomorrow. Good night…go get yourself some sleep…,

This happens especially when you are in sheer exhausted and dying to sleep even standing up….you can see people do this in buses and trains when they are trying to get back from work on a long and tiring journey to their way back home. All they need is some peaceful time of their own and its then someone comes along trying to engage them with some boring topic while they are literally dying to sleep. Either they had a bad day or a long one that’s stretched out all their nerves and all they want to do is to relax them before they reach home. And that’s when this happens and you feel like throwing them out of the bus or train….so that you can catch your sleep peacefully

Totally agree with that statement. Especially if you can get deep sleep when you can forget all the worries that bother you when you are awake. Sleeping is the best medicine….without any ramifications….

We all try to do that….especially when we do not want to wake up to the realities of the day….just get back to sleep so that we do not have to worry about what we need to do for the remainder of the day until that time when we can get back into our bed and fall asleep….I guess that’s the power and beauty of sleep…it truly makes you feel good about yourself during that time frame as there is no one to tell or bother you about anything

That is so true for me….it is like you know there were times when you slept like crazy hours until someone had to crash into your bedroom and wake you up with a stern warning….are you going to get up or do I have to throw that bucket of water on your face….typically your Mom when you were a kid…as time passes by….whatever happens…you get less and less amount of sleep…you start telling yourself, it is good to wake up early in the morning along with the sunrise, do some exercise, get all the things done and be ready for the day. And then you achingly wonder, whatever happened to those carefree days as a kid….where has it gone….as you can see and read from the next post….

I guess that’s what everyone would feel about life unless some are devastatingly self-motivated on a daily basis….I have this feeling of crash and burn…..and some sleep would do some real good for me
