It’s not the years passing by that actually counts. It’s how much you have impacted the psyche of the organization and various individuals both within Finance and outside of it in a short span of time, is what that matters. And there would be an absolute chaos and chorus to say, “XXXXX” you did it…and you need to be proud of it. Some may view the comment as a cynical note, others can consider it as congratulatory in nature. After all, it’s all in the eyes and hearts of the beholder, as they deem to see and perceive it.
As we speak about gender diversity and how many women leaders do we empower and allow to occupy the corner room or reach the glass ceiling, you stand out above the rest in terms of pushing the boundaries, making a mark for yourself and emphatically saying it aloud in no nonsense terms, I am here to do and accomplish what I set out to do, no matter the consequences.
You also brush aside unequivocally all the negative trumpeting that may surround you as you set about to complete your stated as well as unstated goals and objectives. It’s truly unleashing the power of the woman kind which has been suppressed globally by various factors and agencies that corroborate to ensure that your kind remains that way for several more centuries.
In that way, it’s heartening to see people like you leading and providing mantle for many others to follow suit and be remembered for the valiant achievements despite several obstacles you may face at every other place. I justly would like to salute that wholesome mettle and meticulous art of balancing life at home, office and everywhere else in a poised manner. That’s the true essence of womanhood…the perfect art of multitasking that’s akin only to womanhood…always in a spirited manner…
I sincerely admire people like you that take the battle to the field, not necessarily in a wanton manner, but to ensure that the specified ideas are implemented with our without complete support. That’s when people realize how much woman folk actually contribute to the society and in various different roles. It’s this dynamism that dazzles me as all of you seem to transform from one role to another in such a seamless and effortless manner.
While this is something that’s unimaginable for the other kind, yet you also have to appreciate the fact that it’s the other kind that actually propels you to do what you do and helps in reaching the altar ultimately. Just taking some credit as well…I hope you wouldn’t mind for my fellow kind…
As I have said earlier, what I truly admire most about you is that you don’t shy away from the humorous posts, witty comments and take it all in one gulp without much chagrin. That’s really remarkable…and perhaps that’s what keeps you and others going all along…say what you have to say…I will continue to do what I do…evermore…with abandon….
As XXXXX rightfully pointed out…you not only ignore the calls of office discipline but ignore, without any remorse and in an intemperate manner continue to eat in No Food Zone…and also encourage your colleagues to do that…and just look at that workspace…wow…I fail to understand how one can simply rummage through that and come out unscathed…and yes…God mercifully saved me from the dreadful noise pollution so that my ear drums can survive for some more years…but I pity XXXXX though…who still manages to survive and smile woefully hiding the hideous fact of them going deaf slowly and steadily…touchwood…XXXXX should remain sane despite all that…for my own survival…
Despite all that…it’s amazing to know that you are being showered with love and affection by people who hold you as their dearest leader…..wishes have poured forth from all quarters for completing 5 years…and you have many an accomplishments completed and many more to come…but keep up the kernel of womanhood embedded in every new joiner so that they can also not only aspire but also grow to be a wholesome leader and persona like you or even better…
