Ask XXXXX anything and XXXXX would complete the work as if it’s a child’s play. Such is XXXXX all-encompassing knowledge of xxxxx systems and processes, XXXXX can wake up in the middle of the night and start reciting whatever you need as if it were slokas. More than the knowledge, till date I admire XXXXX positive framework and go-getter attitude. Never a naysayer, XXXXX takes up challenges willingly with full ownership and commitment as if her life depends on it.
At XXXXX level, that’s truly remarkable. XXXXX is the epitome of what Krishna said…do your duty without expecting anything in return…the good deeds will pay off in the end without your asking. I have a job to complete and I do whatever it takes to complete the same…whether it’s rain, sunshine, darkness or simply no one around. That’s been XXXXX motto and pledge to work. This right amplified attitude alone will take XXXXX to greater heights in future when XXXXX complements it with excellent execution. Just because of this XXXXX has won many an admirers around the globe as part of the integration work. And certainly I am an ardent admirer too…A diminutive powerhouse of talent personified in an unobtrusive manner, when you pass by XXXXX you would never ever realize, how important XXXXX was and is to this M&A Integration team since inception.
I would like to add one aspect though to XXXXX prolific talent…as much as I and others would like to see you grow and become a well-developed, groomed, articulate and mature individual in all aspects, you necessarily have to plan for travel exigency in future integrations. You will then realize what Integration is all about….it’s not the systems, it’s not the processes, rather it’s the “People”, their emotions that you bring aboard and how good you are in convincing them, blending with them and engage with them to make them a part of this company…it takes some real effort….and that’s a learning that’s unique and can’t be imparted by others….and it will be a life altering experience when you deal with people from different cultures, backgrounds and diversity. At the end of the day, life is all about how well you can amalgamate with Nature, People and Animals to become a true human.
