You are a beacon that shows the way and in channelizing the stream
To deliver the outcome that every single stakeholder can proudly beam
As it’s to the benefit of the Organization that we strive to work and dream
“I”nnovative in your approach to resolving issues and providing solutions
You have always strived to drive the team devoid of delusions
Motivating the team to take effective and corrective decisions
You have empowered us all in driving home the power of operations
“N”imble in making alternate choices when faced with trials and tribulations
Adept in handling questions with a mix of agility and caution
Adroit in managing cross functional teams concerns with utmost attention
You have shown every problem can be resolved with positive vibrations
“O”mnipresent in every major event that happens within finance organization
You deal apprehensions with a sense of pragmatism and power of rationalization
Every single associate can approach you with their angst and trepidations
Like an Omnipotent being you wash it all away with your cheerful recommendations
“D”exterity is a virtue imbibed in you, as much as you seek in others
It’s hard to meet the deliverance of such a tall leader who never ever dithers
From challenges, be it erupting and as vicious as a tsunami, tornado or twister
