More than mine, she would be happier if the sonny boy does something for her…. I guess she is used to the fact that I would do something or the other….so her focus is completely on the little one….what’s he going to do…..be….
For her birthday, I had created curated wishes about how much I love her interspersed with images from our marriage until this date…It takes effort guys….quite a lot of it….patience, perseverance and quite a bit of thought…. all for love….It ain’t easy to get that smile on that beautiful face….
How about a necklace and a handy bag…price becomes inconsequential when it comes her…though she would not be in favor of overspending anything….does not mean she will end up buying cheap stuff….she will end up getting what she wants….after going through the entire store or multiple stores….and whether that matches what she has in her mind….even the heavens will not know….who am I
there was a heavy rain forecast at that time and I actually wanted to go for lunch while she wanted to go for dinner…it created some kind of altercation…eventually it started pouring in the evening and by the time we exited the restaurant the road was filled with water and I actually drove the car in 1st and 2nd gear until I reached the main road….it was a bit scary as I did not want the water to flood the car because of the heavy downpour and severe water logging for a feet or two at that time…well, that’s not the reason why everyone is so grim in this photo….it’s just because of the lighting….it’s quite dark in there inside the restaurant with focused lights on tables and specific spots…
We went to Hamsa….in Adyar…it’s an exceptional and well curated restaurant from the wooden panels to seating, vessels and crockery, it’s got that richness to it…and so it is quite pricey….not the run of the mill restaurant. So you can keep it for your special occasions to make it an exclusive feeling with those near and dear to you
as you can see, it looks regal in all it’s splendor
Since our parents would not and have not gone to restaurants, she always wants them to accompany us to such places so that they feel invited, wanted and celebrated….whenever possible….noble intentions….ignore them at your own peril
Feel the Opulence….because of the popularity it gets filled in quickly….so ensure that you get in time to book your table….I don’t think they take reservations over phone….maybe during weekdays….but definitely no on weekends and holidays
Miss my Mom….though….with her beside….he would have enjoyed it even better
They welcome you with a Gulab Jamun…feel royal indeed…food is really good…some things which we tried were not so good as well….
