You have time and again shown how right attitude can work wonders for the team which is of utmost criticality in Integrations. I have always admired you for the sensibility and calmness you bring to the fore even when you are handling the most difficult of circumstances or the most obstinate of folks who are utterly demanding about their requests. This is such a rarity even among many senior folks who may be much more experienced yet missing that vital delicate touch in dealing with people who are absolutely sensitive during integrations.
Despite the prodigious knowledge you possess about internal systems, processes and inherent intricacies, you retain your dignified posture and don’t exhibit it overtly or even suggestively. You have been able to train folks and helping everyone around you including the team when the situation demands. Notwithstanding the fact that you have grown bottom up and been through various roles in the team, you have always shown that tenacity and virtuosity to learn, adapt and integrate wholesomely with the team and according to the requirements. I must say you are an elixir of simplicity and resoluteness commingled into one frame.
Be it working during early morning times, during the day, late nights or over weekends and holidays the commitment and aptitude to support for the cause is so inherent in you that we take you for granted. I wish dearly that there are many more like you with such obdurate spirit to achieve even if the ask is challenging. Difficult is just another word in your dictionary which is of irrelevance as you pale it into insignificance by your domineering will to succeed for the cause of the team. I salute you for your hard working attitude, excellent support to the team and in keeping up with that shy smile whether you are being congratulated or facing the oddities of life at work.
