Hearty congratulations XXXXX…it’s been a stellar first year of performance from you ever since you have joined and been a part of M&A Integration team. I don’t have enough words to describe the initiative you have taken at your end to learn the process, do everything ground up from start to end to be a hands on person on all aspects of XYZ process.
It all goes to show that if you have the right attitude and aptitude to learn new things, however challenging it might be, you can conquer what you wish to achieve. And the sense of commitment that you have shown in terms of taking the lead for integrating these companies, interacting with various teams, understanding the business nuances, patiently hearing out their requests, supporting them on all their asks, going out of the way in supporting the business team even if some of the processes weren’t directly related, shows the zeal that you have within you to see it from a holistic perspective, organization comes first, and not to narrow it down to only XYZ process.
All of this has definitely given me a breather and you have taken a considerable portion of my responsibility upon your able shoulders. It has helped me focus on other deliverables that required my attention during this time. I had myself felt that I could not spend adequate amount of time with you as much as I had desired to, but always had the comfort that you could run the show on your own and would reach out to me whenever and wherever required.
These are some of the traits that you have to pass on to the younger generation of today so that they can look up to you as future leaders of this organization.
