Chennai flood relief support

It goes a long way in reinforcing the beliefs about Corporate Social Responsibility and what it means to People who are truly affected in times of massive catastrophe. I was really touched and moved when I read the internal communication today about CTS committing itself in trying to rebuild Chennai with its own contribution. Truly proud to be a part of this wonderful organization that has time and again proved itself as customer and employee centric company. This has helped the organization to grow by leaps and bounds over the years because of this unmatched focus. And it has shown in times of dire need that it’s payback time to a city where the seeds of astronomical growth were sown. May this organization grow many more in the years to come. The thought and the gesture of providing support to the needy in times of dire situation speaks volumes this organization’s commitment. A company spread across continents but United in thought at this critical hour is what makes this organization truly world class. I am humbled and at the same time delighted to be a part of this glorious global organization. It’s that personal care for people, be it a customer or an employee that is the differentiator. I had seen that during the Mumbai carnage when the Tatas pledged so much and now Cognizant for Chennai. This is what differentiates the Leaders from the laggards. God bless.
