I am quite happy that she could manage to go and visit Cheena, Roshini and Aadish during July 2011 (Summer break for us in Kuwait and Monsoon time in Maharashtra and Goa). I wish Anirud had spent more time with Cheena, my amazing brother with whom I have special memories of my own childhood. More on it in a separate note……

What I like about Vidya is that she is an extremely and fiercely family oriented woman. It includes extended relatives as she grew up in a kind of joint family set up. So she always wanted to include everyone in our outings or be in touch with them so that the relationship stays put. I guess, it’s also a fallout of the genes of her Dad and Mom. They stay rooted and connected to everyone, including friends and family. This is something she was keen on imbibing in Anirud and be like her in maintaining relationships unlike me, a true loner. Blame it on how I grew up…..People are different….that’s the spice of life…..you need a mix mash of everything…..else similarities will kill you sooner than you know…..I am sure, she will dislike this part and say…..nah…I don’t agree with you…..we need people…..all the time and not selectively as you choose to do…..that’s not a good sign…..according to your bidding and whim. I agree……yet…..I am what I am and She is what she is…..and we don’t know yet…..What Anirud will be like…..a mix of us or something totally different…..let’s wait and watch.
