20th Sep (Sat) as soon as they landed on 19th Sep (Fri), we took them out to Green island and on 25th Sep we had our usual Friday Pooja at one of the 4SA Friends Home…
There was a get together on 26th Sep at one of our friends place….don’t remember the occasion though…it would have given them immense pleasure and satisfaction of their son and daughter well settled and leading a comfortable life in a foreign land….for every parent it is their ultimate dream to see their children financially, socially and emotionally in a good state…after all that’s the prime reason why they toiled their entire life to see them through their education, job, marriage and finally a sense of relief when they see them….okay….finally they can manage their lives on their own…and if possible some time for us too, whenever time permits…that for them is the pinnacle of achievement….simple folks….that have faced the most arduous times in life….and it is now for us to provide them with the much needed respite they need when they are done and dusted with their duties….they still have to play the grand parents role…but let’s not burden them too much….right….give them a break….and bring a smile in those wearied faces….they deserve it after all….because they have sacrificed their lives entirely for yours to be finer….it’s payback time….in a right way….to make and keep them happy….
