Visit to Kuwait Scientific Aquarium with Dad and Mom…I think this was the first outing in Kuwait once we returned back from India after Anirud was born. As kids you want to keep your parents, happy and healthy in a way that motivates them to lead a spirited life as much as possible. This was like a double treat for us with the arrival of Anirud and Parents in Kuwait. It is like having a double scoop of ice-cream with two of your favorite flavors at the same time. We all enjoyed it while it lasted.

When you are a baby, you have to apply oil to massage and stretch the limbs so that it is not only soothing but also makes the body flexible. Getting ready for the next outing with the Grandpa and ma all booted up.
We took them to Al Kout mall in Fahaheel about 40kms from Salmiya. There is a dancing fountain which you can see in the backdrop. It is by the seaside and a lovely place to hangout with various shops and food joints.

Anirud is in his stroller all cosy and cuddled up with blankets and pillows to keep him cushioned and safe from vibrations and movements. We bought that in India before checking out to Kuwait…

Dad and Mommy dearest accompanied us to Kuwait to take care of the baby and spend time with us. It was their first international trip outside of India. It was a proud moment for me, sure enough would have been the same for both of them to see me happily settled in life with a lovely wife and charming son. The next generation (of their second son) is now alive and kicking.

Happily snuggled with Dad and sleeping tight. Once grown up we go different paths and these will remain only as memories.
We took Dad and Mom to Kuwait Towers a Prominent Tourist spot. You can see the skyline from here that looks quite beautiful at night. Balu and Kalps also accompanied us as true friends in all our weekend outings.
Vidya gained quite a bit of weight as part of pregnancy and was quite intent that she would reduce in the next couple of months so that she can fit into her Tees and Jeans once again….which she did eventually…quite particular about her appearance and dressing….also for her Kiddo….and me too….Mom munching her favorite popcorn…she loves snacks more than food…

Enjoy the unlimited kisses from grandma…she adores her grandchildren….why are you giving that pensive look Anirud…there is still time for that…my pied piper…take that finger off your mouth….Hey granny….what is that yellow colour thing that you are drinking….that is my favourite sweetie pie…it’s the Alphonso Mango Juice from Almarai…it sure does taste awesome and thick like a pulp…you can drink it to your heart’s fill when you grow up…
My Mom was fondly called as Baby…only by close relatives who grew up with her…
Your gramps sure knows how to dress, look smart and carry himself amongst people. Perks of being a Sales and Marketing person all through his life. Plus a talented artist, knowledge of various things…there is plenty to talk about him…I am sure you will get some as part of your genes. He is an absolutely loving and adorable person as you will come to know.

We took Dad and Mom to Joy Alukkas shop and bought for Mom a bangle. She was a simple woman who had a tough life…
